Wedge laser emits more than 1mJ at 1064nm with pulse width as short as 500ps, resulting in a peak power ranging from 500kW to 2MW. The air-conduction-cooled unit measures only 22x26x8 cm.
High output peak power, with relatively low energy and heat generation,allows efficient ablation and non-linear interaction with most materials.
